PRMR Inc. Official Launch At Josef's Restaurant

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, Feb. 8 / PRNewswire / -- Barbados' newest public relations firm, PRMR Inc., officially launches on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 with a cocktail reception held at the award-winning Josef's Restaurant, St. Lawrence Gap, Christ Church at 7 p.m.

PRMR Inc. is a full service public relations firm. The company, which caters to companies throughout the Caribbean, was established in October 2007 by leading Barbadian communications professional, Pamala Proverbs. Proverbs has over 11 years of management experience in public relations and is known on the island for coordinating some of Barbados' biggest events. The launch will be hosted jointly by Proverbs and PRMR Inc.'s market research director, Dr. Emanuela Todeva. Todeva is a Senior lecturer in Strategy and International Business at the University of Surrey in the UK.

PRMR Inc.'s range of services covers the general areas of public relations, business research and web development. Some of its offerings include media relations, event planning, internal and external communications planning for companies, and cause branding. Cheryl Procter-Rogers, president of Public Relations Society of America (2006) will be the guest of honour at the event. This will be her first visit to Barbados. Procter-Rogers, who was the regional corporate affairs director for Home Box Office, has over 25 years of experience in PR. She now heads her own agency, A Step Ahead PR.

PRMR Inc. will also launch its new corporate site www.prmrinc.net at the event.
